Warranty

Hopkins Manufacturing Corporation, warrants to the original purchaser of a Hopkins product that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

This warranty is void and will not cover the product if the consumer has modified the product and does not extend to damage resulting from misuse or neglect, failure to follow assembly instructions, or other causes not solely a defect in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover any labor or installation costs.

In the event of a defect in material and workmanship during the warranty period, Hopkins will, at its option, replace the product or refund to the purchaser the purchase price. Hopkins has the right to inspect any alleged defective product and may require proof of purchase, return of the product or a photograph of the product. Claims under this warranty must be made within the warranty period by calling (800) 835-0129 and sending the information requested to:

NO OTHER WARRANTIES APPLY. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE ABOVE DURATION, EXCEPT THAT SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY OTHER THAN EXPRESSLY STATED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
